I recently sold my house through Oates Breheny. I've never really had much experience dealing with auctioneers and estate agents and do believe that in the past, the industry have on occasion been portrayed negatively.
I must say however that my dealings with Oates Breheny have been nothing short of being extremely professional, fully transparent and most efficient.
